About us
What the current state of Journalism in our country has become, it is now impractical to stay honest and survive in this industry. People in power decide which news is worthy to the people and what is newsworthy. The power does not reside with people, it needs to be seized. The regime, the so-called job providers, the owners, they are the people with power. And, they don’t leave options.
Also, you cannot blame the paid news if you can’t pay for free news. This doesn’t mean the onus lies with the public either. The revenue model shapes the entire discourse. For now, we do not have a revenue model. Moreover, we do not intend to earn a profit, what we will do is purely activism. The same is our editorial motto – Media is medium, Journalism is Activism.
There are many journalists who are working day and night, risking their lives, keeping themselves away from the luxurious lifestyle of mainstream media, just to provide us information that matters.
Therefore, we do not say we are alone and the only savior of Journalism. We just want to join those who are working to make our society more reasonable and rational by putting up the right questions.
We are a small team. Allow us to learn, allow us to grow.
